2017 Holiday Promotion Terms and Conditions:

 

  • Price shown are FOB Long Beach and includes paid duty. Inland freight from port will require additional freight costs. Phenix Direct can coordinate this for you via UPS/Fed ex Ground Service to final destination or if you already work with another logistics provider we can coordinate pick up.
  • Prices shown include decoration as noted in item Specifications.  Custom printed packaging available at additional cost.
  • Item colors available are as noted in the Specifications.  Images available upon request.
  • Orders received with artwork by Phenix Direct by August, 2017 will receive digital proof for approval
  • Orders will ship by October 1, 2017 for arrival in Long Beach by November (exact schedule determined by sample approvals and ship line used) – please allow extra time for inland freight and delivery.
  • Phenix Direct is not responsible for any delays associated with port congestion/Customs holds or exams/ weather related ship schedule changes or delays created by USA holidays and logistics workers availability.

Q: How does the program work?

A: Your order is bundled with other orders of the same item(s) to create a bulk buy where we are able to drive down the overall costs of production and shipping by adding volume. The end result is we can procure a great product for a great price that provides value for both distributors and end users.

Q: I see the sales flyer says FOB Long Beach, how do I get the Bottles delivered to my customer and at what cost?

A: Two options for you: Phenix Direct can coordinate delivery to your customer or if you have a logistics company you work with – they can pick up and deliver. Total costs will depend on final destination and delivery requirements (inside delivery vs dock, etc.). Call us for a comprehensive quote.

Q: What colors are available?

A: The available product colors are as noted in the Product Specifications.

Q: How are the item packaged? What options are there?

A: All items are packaged in tuck or display gift boxes as noted. Custom printing of the boxes is available.  In most cases, 2-piece gift box options are available.

Q: When will my customer receive their product if I order by the August 1st deadline?

A: All items should be at the appropriate port by November 1 for delivery by November 15.
